Responsibilities:

  • Lead development and execution of targeted, strategic design concepts for all marketing channels including, but not limited to, website content, digital advertising, social media, sales collateral,
  • Initiate, collaborate and participate in ideation and strategy sessions with the creative team and other cross-functional teams, including UX, CRM and social media as well as external marketing partners. Facilitate creative team ideation sessions and execute effective communication of recommended concepts.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure the creative briefing process provides an adequate framework for campaign development.
  • Oversee brand design standards within the team. Continually look to evolve the brand design and coordinate updates to brand standards as needed.
  • Continually elevate the stylistic look of collateral to keep current with design trends
  • Assess and prioritize projects to ensure an efficient workflow. Works with team to identify opportunities to streamline processes.
  • Complete design and production projects as assigned, within required graphic guidelines so that all material is consistent by brand, product and/or market as directed.
  • Any other responsibility or tasks deemed necessary by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in visual communication design, graphic design, advertising or a related field preferred,
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in graphic design experience in marketing or creative agency environment, including digital design expertise,
  • E-commerce experience is a plus,
  • Advanced knowledge of digital design, including layout and typography,
  • Experience managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment,
  • Perform work requiring analytical thinking and creativity,
  • Maintain consistency in projects within graphic standards guidelines,
  • Actively follow and stay relevant with current design trends,
  • Interface with co-workers and cross-department teams effectively,
  • Possess organizational and communication skills, both oral and written,
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and offer solutions.
