Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, execute, and analyze Google Ads & Facebook campaigns and budgets daily, weekly, and monthly, and optimize sales growth while hitting strict goals.
  • Perform regular tracking and analysis of the performance of campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver reports identifying successes and opportunities for improvement, and iterate on findings.
  • A/B testing of ads, landing pages, bidding models, and new ideas. Regular evaluation of new features and betas.
  • Support initiatives & campaigns for all digital marketing team members.
  • Explore alpha/beta advertising opportunities, cutting edge marketing strategies, new optimization methodologies, and the newest creative trends.
  • Evaluate emerging digital marketing and e-commerce technologies and work with the leadership team to provide information on trends and determine where adoption of new technology, if applicable.
  • Collaborate with brand communications team on creative briefings, best practice communication, and online branding strategy.
  • Prioritize and continuously optimize key channels to create an effective marketing mix focusing on acquisition, retention, ROAS, ROI, and profitability.
  • Closely monitor the attribution and measurement of paid campaigns to ensure seamless tracking throughout the full funnel.

Qualifications:

  • University degree from a reputable university in Business, Economics, Engineering or relevant field.
  • Min.2 years of business experience in the digital marketing ecosystem.
  • An excellent level of written and spoken English is a must.
  • Experience in paid digital marketing channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Retargeting, Affiliate, Snapchat, Tiktok.
  • Results-oriented, problem solver with provided resources, and proactive thinker with decision-making ability.
  • Experience effectively managing significant media budgets.
  • Online branding & programmatic media buying experience is a huge plus.
  • Analytical and quantitative skills, with an emphasis on identifying actionable insights.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical/digital concepts and influence through data across all levels.
  • Curious and self-motivated, with a drive to innovate and improve.
  • Take ownership of given responsibilities and deliver.
  • Highly motivated, continuous learner with the ability to work collaboratively as a team as well as across functions.
